What to expect, What to bring and directions to our clinic

If you are visiting our clinic for the first time:

We are located in Warranwood, a North- Eastern suburb of Melbourne.

 Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
 Late arrival may result in your appointment being put back to a later time

What to Bring:

  • Your Pet! All dogs on a leash, all other pets in a carry cage or bag
  • For patient safety we do not allow pets to roam free or sit on owners laps in the waiting room
  •  Your pets history & vaccination card (where appropriate)
  •  If bringing a pet other than a dog or cat please remember you will need to fill in a detailed history form - these can be downloaded below and filled in at home to save time
  •  If you are referred to us from another veterinarian: A copy of your pets history sent to us before the consultation.
    • (This is required as a matter of courtesy and ethics: We provide a referral report back to the referring veterinarian and we need to know any previous medications or procedures undertaken on your pet. You will need to contact your referring veterinarian directly in order to obtain the clinical history of your pet as we cannot ask for it directly due to privacy issues. Have the clinical history of your pet faxed to us on 03 9876 6938 before the consultation)

  • Our Exotic & Unusual Pet Consultations take up to 30 minutes
  • We provide detailed analysis of husbandry requirements for your pet
  • Care sheets and handouts are provided for common conditions
  • We will discuss with you the best options to optimise your pet's health
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled visit to fill in a history form
    • Consider downloading & filling in the form before your visit to save time
  • Payment is required at the time of the consultation. We do not provide accounts
